It seems like cafes have really picked up their game over recent years.
From Nutella pizzas, to freakshakes and smashed avocado on top of everything, creations once described as incredible have now become menu staples at most good eateries.
But sometimes, when faced with a seemingly endless array of choices, it can be tough to decide on just one.
Well worry no more, because Sydney restaurant Platform Eighty Two has raised the bar again, creating an insane triple-layered breakfast feast guaranteed to hit the spot.
Breakfast mountain: Containing almost every breakfast ingredient under the sun this incredible triple-layered brunch feast at Sydney cafe Platform Eighty Two has become a hit with regular patrons
Mastermind: Platform Eighty Two’s owner and the creator of the breakfast feast is Anthony Piazza (pictured)
Containing everything they sell on their breakfast menu, this brunch monstrosity is the brain child of Platform Eighty Two’s owner Anthony Piazza.
‘I just wanted to touch on something that hits all spots because there’s nothing worse than when you go for brekky and you don’t know what to have, but now you can have everything all in one,’ Mr Piazza told Daily Mail Australia.
‘Basically on the bottom you get all your hot stuff, from hash browns, bacon, eggs, avocado and even goats cheese and crispy pancetta.
‘And then the top you get waffles or pretty much whatever sweet food the kitchen can give you, even pancakes or French toast.’
Delicious: The incredible spread contains everything they have on their breakfast menu
Fruity delight: It’s not all junk food on the menu, as these delectable fruit salad cups highlight
Sweet treats: A waffle stack topped with a waffle cone and a kit kat, and a chocolate freakshake are among the sugary treats on the menu
Popular: The breakfast feast is so popular, queues to get in to the cafe have stretched out the door
But while their breakfast triple-threat has quickly become a headline snatcher, that’s not all the cafe has to offer.
For the more reserved breakfast lover there are all your usual favourites from muesli bowls to good old fashion eggs on toast.
But you better hurry in quick because the breakfast mountain is in hot demand, with queues stretching out the door over recent weekends.
